Refund Policy

We stand fully behind our products. If you’re anything less than happy with your purchase, please shoot us a note at hey@juusbeauty.com within 60 days of ordering to initiate the refund process. Please include your order number and the product(s) for which you’d like to request a refund and we’ll take it from there!

Please note: Samples, merchandise, and orders over $400 are not eligible for return.

Juus may reject returns if there is prior abuse, failure to return product, or any behavior Juus determines is suspicious or violates store policies.
